IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ACCESSING YOUR PREVIOUS DOWNLOADS

We no longer require you to login to redeem your downloads, so as a result all historic user login data and access to the download locker has been removed.

If you previously created a username and password, you will no longer be able to login to the locker, but you can still access your previous downloads.

To do so, simply enter your previous Redeem Codes and you can download and store your files locally. Please be aware you will only have 3 more attempts at downloading each of your files, after which the redemption code will no longer work.

Help with your download

1. Enter your digital download code in the box and click OK.

2. Your code will be validated and your download made ready.

3. Click on the link provided to download your file.

4. If you are on a mobile Android device you can download the file directly if you have enough free space on your device.

5. If you are on a Apple device you will need to save the file to your computer and then use the iTunes App to sync with your device.

6. Your file is in a ZIP file and will need to be unzipped before playing
